Zerorez clearly has your crew maintaining good customer relations. They always do try to see if you will upgrade with something or other, but I would expect this and do not find it offensive as they do not keep pushing at it. The young man today was respectful of my time and my carpet (my dogs, too!). Nice job.

The set up---tube thru the doorway and the blue curtain to keep the cold out was great! The guys used a citrus product to get out a feisty stain--worked like a charm! The guys you sent were very thorough--very professional!

We are consistently impressed with the quality of service as receive and have come to expect from ZeroRez. The technicians are so courteous and hard working. This time, we had a really nasty pet stain to deal with. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to treat it. Imagine my wonderful surprise when I saw that they had eliminated the stain and any other gross stuff that comes with it. I am thrilled! We requested Rob McCurdy again this time. He is the best tech we've had. I recommend him and Zero Rez to everyone!!!

The carpet isn't left soaking wet. Our tech, Chris Watson was extremly careful about getting all the spots up. He explained everything and asked us to check his work and see if he had forgotten a spot. He is a very pleasant young man and really cares about the work he does. We are very satisfied with Chris's work! He is an asset to your company.
