It was nice that they didn't need a water hook up. They covered the front door so the cold air wouldn't come in. The technician wore shoe covers. He was very informative and not pushy with product suggestions. Very happy with the cleaning results.

The gentleman was very professional and he wanted to clean as good as he could. He actually cared about how the rugs turned out. He also did my kitchen (very small) but appreciated. He offered the spot treaters but at this time I could not afford more. So far the rugs look much better. Know more tommorow when they are all the way dry. He did the best he could.

You guys do the job right, simply. I've had other services come out in the past. We're impressed each time you guys come out. There have been small issues in the past, but everything is dealt with promptly and corrected. We will continue to use ZeroRez for carpet and air ducts!

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable and explained the procedure to me as he went along. The carpets were noticeably cleaner. As far as the residue, I suppose only time will tell. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

When I called to set up an appointment, it was so easy and I was told right away where I was on the waiting list. They let me know a three hour time period, which is another plus. I was worried that they might be toward the end of the time. I called in again, and they let me know when they would be at our house. Jordan came right when he said he would. The carpets look wonderful, and I had plenty of time to get to my appointment. I love Zerorez!
