When Caleb came back out to work on the stains in my living room he did an excellent job and really took his time with the stains verses rushing through them. He was very polite and worked hard on them. Kudo's to Caleb for an excellent job.

The technician was very professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail. We were very impressed with how the carpets turned out. They were soft, not crusty like after some cleaners. The drying time was about 12 hours, which was much faster than we expected. We would definitely use ZeroRez again and recommend them to friends and family.

Your technician was very courteous, friendly and hard working! He explained everything he was going to do. The cleaning process worked really well and left the carpet feeling very clean. Our carpet cleaning was done efficiently and carefully. He used things to protect the floors and the furniture from getting scratched and even parked in the street so he wouldn't harm the driveway. Your company has thought of everything!! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends!!

Excellent cleaning and thorough job.

Odessa was a great worker. Very polite and personable. Overall liked the results. My area rug did not come as clean as I had hoped. Traffic area was still not totally cleaned. Odessa did her best to go over it. I purchased a product called Tech, and this seemed to cut the dirt. You might want to consider this. Was I wrong in assuming you could get the traffic areas clean? Thanks in advance.

Love that you don't use chemicals and that it doesn't leave a crunchy residue when dried. Carpet feels soft. It dries really quickly. Smells fresh. The gentlemen that come out and clean are very courteous,knowledgable and friendly.

The 2 service reps (sorry, I don't remember their names) were very friendly, allowing me to tag along and ask questions. Zerorez was recoomended to me by the person who re-layed our carpet, and he gave us alot of information about the ingredients to "empowered water". I liked that it didn't have very harsh ingredients and left no residue (that I've noticed or felt yet). Yeah, stains weren't gone and I didn't expect that they would be, but they were really diminished. My carpet looks so much better, and I like knowing that it is clean.

We had a very positive experience with your company. I liked the organized structure of the appointment scheduling and the follow up narrowing down the appointment time as we approached our scheduled day of service. The carpet looks better than it has in years and so far smells much better too. One of your strongest assets is the cleaning technician we had. Odessa was efficient and hard working. She was very conscientious about the work she did as well as keeping our hardwood floors clean of any water residue. She offered options but I never felt pressured to do more than we were comfortable with. We would be comfortable having her back in our home to do more work in the future.
