friendly neat service person, I was happy with the carpet cleaning I just wasn't sure why the tech didn't clean the bathroom grout that is locatd between the edge floor tile and the wall bull nose tile. I had to do that myself. Otherwise very satisfied.

Terrific customer service. That is VERY hard to find today. Zerorez is one of the few exceptions. Also appreciate the full-service nature of your services. Completely forgot about your tile cleaning until my service technician mentioned it. They added it to my services and my tile looks great! Your company was referred to me by a friend. Dylan was a hard worker. He did a great job on the carpet and sofa. Both are beige and older--we are glad they turned out so well. Especially like the plastic cover gizmo that he put on the front door to keep the bugs outside and most of the heat inside. This has not been our experience with other companies.
