My carpet was a mess because of all my animals (5 total), and after Josh did his magic, it almost looked like new!!! He was very informative about all that he was doing, and we talked about how dirty my vents were, and that I definitely should have them cleaned because that's never been done in the 16 years I've lived there! The people came on time and worked hard while they were here. They kept asking me if every room was up to my satisfaction. I did not appreciate the fact that they tried to sell me extra services as soon as they came in the door and they tried to charge me more than was quoted on the phone.
