We had an estimate done the Tech came out complained about how much carpet we had and even though we paid for small furniture to be moved he refused. and drove off the job. Anthony worked with us to get a Tech out here the same day. When the second Tech Kenneth Harvey came out, he was very kind scrubbed all the carpeted area moved furniture from one side to the other and put plastic and blocks underneath, so the wood did not get wet. He was fast and efficient and had a great attitude. He took care of us after the disaster of the other Tech. We are a healthcare facility for Hospice and really appreciate Zerorez working with us to resolve the issues that happened. I would definitely use Zerorez again requesting Kenneth as our Tech. Thank you.
