Ted was outstanding in his work. I was so comfortable having him in my home. He got ALL the ‘ dog stains ‘ out of my bedroom shag carpeting ! It smelled nice and clean through out my house after service. Fragrance was not over powering and did not linger after first day. Much appreciated as I can be bothered by many products. Very pleased with efficient booking, service and cost.

Products are great. I had surgery over a year ago and hadn't been able to clean my carpets, which were full of coffee stains from my post-surgery shakiness. So nice to have clean carpets again!! The servicer could use some focus. Seemed like it was hard for him to stay on task. I'd still recommend Zerorez because the overall experience was positive.
Note: A couple of drivers tried to call me prior to the appointment, but had the wrong contact number to call me at home when they were available. They left messages for me at work instead, but I was at home, so missed their calls.
