I was very impressed at how fast that you replied to my email requesting service. I also appreciated the phone call from someone from you further explaining what would be expected of me concerning the carpet cleaning and also the email which further explained this service.
The technician who cleaned my carpet was a very fine young man. He thoroughly explained all that he would be doing and was very kind and considerate while working here. He was also OK with my cat wandering around while he was working!
