My service repre was outstanding, explaining the process, reviewing my carpet and the spots that I wanted special care and what he saw needed care. My carpet was very dirty and I was not planning to use Zerorez due to previous unsatifactory cleaning I had done. My husband wanted me to give Zerorez another try and I can glad he did.
