Kevin the Tech was awesome. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and didn't try a hard up-sell with services I didn't need. I'd ask for him specifically next time I need anything cleaned.

We are so appreciative of Eric, who came to clean our carpets the day before we moved in to our new house. He kept me apprised of what he was doing the whole time (by text), and even performed a complimentary spray of our garage...the previous owners smoked in it. It really worked, and we'll definitely use Zero Rez again!
