Our carpet technician was Darrell. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate about doing a great job. I had a lot of red candle wax on my light grey carpet. My carpet looks brand new. He really knows a lot of dealing with various and difficult stains. I was so impressed with his dedication and commitment to the success of getting my carpet back to normal. He should be commended for going above and beyond!!!!!
