We were very happy with the tech and the produce. Even though our carpeting is getting older, he did a very good job. I was allso surprised about how fast it dried and that it feels a bit more cushiony.

We purchased the life time air filter for the furnance, and are looking forward to not having to purchase a new air filter throughout the year's we will remain in our home.

Your PRODUCT & SERVICES are outstanding! Our home we built 18 years ago and for a few years, being it was just my husband and me we didn't have carpet cleaning done for a few years. Then one day on the radio I heard advertising for Zerorez on KTIS radio station & I thought it time to freshen things up, so I called. So impressed I was by the Product, Professionalism, and general courtesy shown, to this day I am a yearly Spring Customer. However, this year was my True test of Fate, not that I ever doubted you, but our GREAT GRANDSON had spilt Spaghetti O's on our living room WHITE carpeting with/specs of light brown/gray in it and of course you always think the WORST, I knew my prayers would be answered as you GUYS really have the right PRODUCT. I had 1st tried now, 2 weeks ago to clean it myself 1st before you came, by using RESOLVE Carpet Cleaner with of course COLD WATER, but to my surprise it somewhat lightened it but in the same token it spread it to a larger, wider circle area! I was just sick about it, but last week when John & Robert showed up from ZEROREZ I brought them directly to the BAD area they immediately treated the area & I literally saw it disappearing before my eyes. They told me by the end of ALL the carpet cleaning I would be amazed! Well, all I can say is that THANK YOU, KTIS radio for delivering this company to me as they truly are in MY eyes the BEST & ONLY CARPET CLEANING COMPANY to ever use.
