The product has a very light scent. The carpet dries quickly and is soft underfoot. The technicians are friendly, efficient and are very hard working. The appointment setters and call back staff are patient, friendly, and answer every question with a smile. Everyone is SO polite and kind....and considerate. From the people who answer the phone and schedule, the people who call to give the window of service and the people who actually come into the home to either pick up or clean on site. The business model you use and the people who work for ZeroRez combine to present a great service in such a nice and friendly way. Certainly a humongous change from the horrible atmosphere of the lack of civility in our country these days! So very pleasant!
