It was the first time I used Zerorez and I was very satisfied. The man , Juan, was very friendly and explained what was to be done. Was neat in setting up and bringing in the equipment. Moved the furniture that had to be moved, put plastic under the legs of things and made sure there were no more questions to be answered before leaving. He also gave me some advice as to what products to use or not use if trying to clean spots between professional cleanings.
I like the idea that no chemicals are used. There was a fresh scent when it was done.

The technician was amazing! She was able to remove stains that previous carpet cleaners had said would never come out. We were thinking of replacing our carpets within the next two years, because of how bad they looked. But now I think we can keep them longer.

I really enjoyed the professionalism and calmness of your technician Eric. Very thorough in his explanation of things. I give him very high marks! The one thing that was a disappointment was the inability to remove a stain. Other than that I am happy although it has been less than one day. I do want to see how this will wear over the coming week.

Your technician was well trained and knowledgeable. I appreciate the checking he did at the beginning of the visit to show me all the issues (there were just a few) my furniture and carpeting had. Doing that helps me know what I can do, moving forward, to make my things last longer. It also protects the technician so at the end of cleaning he's not responsible for imperfections that were then upon arrival.

The products and methods used seem to work well in providing clean furniture and carpets. The technician took great care to protect my floors and furniture not being cleaned.
