Have a rental house the tenant trashed and let pets destroy. We thought the carpeting was destroyed, but was super pleased with the results. The technician was very thorough, and talked through every issue. He enjoyed his work which made us feel more confident in the end product.
Highly recommend!

Loved our technician. He was amazing and very honest with us. I asked him a number of questions and he was upfront on what he would recommend and be worth the money and what we should not do if we were planning on replacing the carpet. He was very professional and courteous. The appointment went really well and was quick. I will definitely go with Zerorez again.

I highly recommended Zerorez today to someone after my services yesterday. I was extremely happy with how courteous the technician was. I was thrilled when he offered an additional service of tile/grout cleaning that I had been wanting to be done for some time, and then showed me a demo of results, before I committed to the service.

WONDERFUL!! Dave the tech that came out was the best ever! This is the first time we ever had our ducts cleaned. Being we have an old house (1937) it was a challenge to get the wands into a few ducts, but Dave always found a way. He is amazing. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone I know because it was an excellent cleaning job, and the house was not torn up or damaged. It was stunning to see how much dirt was in the ducts.You can have complete confidence in Dave and Zerorez. No more dust here anymore. Thank you Zerorez.

My cleaning technician was the most thorough I've ever had - from any cleaning company - ever! I apologize that I can't recall his name, but he was GREAT! Because of him and the great job he did, I will come back to Zerorez, and will recommend you to others.

Customer service is wonderful. Confirmation calls the day before are really helpful. Carpets come out DRY instead of soaking wet like some other companies.
