Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Also very willing to work and try to get stains out or give advise as to how to get them out even if they couldn’t or think that they couldn’t get them out. I would recommend the two guys who came to my house to anyone and hope I get them again when I need my carpets cleaned next time.

My technician was Robert McCurdy. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly patient with me as I had many questions with being a first time homeowner. Definitely will be using ZEROREZ in the future and DEFINITELY will be requesting Robert.

Prompt arrival, professional service, impressive results! The carpets in our new house looked worn and stained, but after Zerorez, they looked brand new: the stains were gone. I highly recommend Zerorez; well worth the expense!

Great communication regarding this service and appointment. The couch and chair we had cleaned look better than new. The service person also discussed products that would extend the life of our furniture which was much appreciated.

Everything. I am a return customer. Very pleased with serviceman you sent to my house. Caleb McCabe did and excellent job cleaning. And he was very helpful moving the funiture that had to be moved. I would recommend this person and this company to all my friends.
