The professionalism of the technician and his work. The products used to clean the carpet is superior to other companies. Loved the fresh smell of the carpet. We will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend Zerorez to our friends.

From scheduling (and rescheduling due to the “polar vortex “) all the way to payment at the end of the job- Zerorez was professional and courteous the entire way. The tech arrived on time, calling before to announce his arrival, walked through the house to get an idea of the job, and explained the process. He was very polite, and worked diligently the entire time he was here. I’m always amazed at the results.

Out tech was great! He evaluated the size of our rooms and reduced the price. He was very thorough and took his time. Our carpeting looks great and was thoroughly dry by the time he indicated.
