They called to check on the service provided. I had say that I was a bit disappointed that we still had a spot on the carpet. They had us back on the schedule for the same day. When they showed up they did a different treatment and now the spot is gone.
It’s not to often you will get a company that will come out and give it another go for no extra charge.
Will definitely be going back.
