I don't know why but my rug had spots after it dried. Haven't used carpet cleaning products on a two year old rug. ZEROREZ quickly returned to redo the rug. Great Customer Service! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and relatives.

I have heard of Zeroez and was determined that when we would need to clean our carpets we would use this service because I like the idea of no chemicals that are harmful.
The service technicians Ryan and Tom were on time and courteous. I was impressed when they put on booties upon entering my home. They explained all the steps and answered all my questions, so there was no surprises when presenting the final bill.

The service person did an excellent job and was very friendly. The carpet dried in just over twelve hours. I am very pleased with my clean carpets.

We were given a window of 10-1 for arrival, and Daryl called at 9:40 to say he’d be there just before 10:00. Initial consult was great. He had large living room, hallway, and stairs all done (including extra bio treatment in living room) inside of 45 min. Very knowledgeable about the process. It helped that I cleared out the room and vacuumed everything first (do that, people, so Zerorez can focus on cleaning and get out more quickly!). Very satisfied with the quality of service we received.
