Stain removal and service
We had an elderly dog that, toward the end of her life, had difficulty making it outside to go to the bathroom. Our 25 yr old carpet had several stains in 2 main rooms of the house, in addition to stains in the high traffic areas throughout the home. We’ve used Zerorez before with great results so we called them again. They certainly came through yet again! We specifically requested to have Roosevelt Williams be our Technician as he was highly recommended by our neighbor whose carpet he also cleaned. Roosevelt is personable, professional, & very thorough! We are extremely pleased with his work & so glad we used Zerorez again! We would never think of calling anyone else!

The carpeting had a lot of urine stains due to a sick dog. Everything and more was cleaned so well it’s hard to believe they were ever there at all. The technician was courteous and thorough in explaining the process. The price was right.

The carpets came out very clean even though there were stains and heavy soiling. The technician was friendly and professional and did a great job.
The service man was so friendly, even our dog liked him. I never knew I could get my cleaning kit refilled. No one ever mentioned that to me. So I've used it so sparingly. Found out we get free refills. And of course they are always on time.

BUT I am in Red Wiing and not everyone can afford your minimum fees to come south. PLEASE open a branch office closer to us so we can use you regularly and I can recommend you to others without fearing they will be deterred by minimum fees.
The people have been great (Jon & Michael this time) and the flexibility of services even day of. Sometimes I need to add something and generally always able to accommodate. Really appreciate that!

Darryl was AWESOME! He was scheduled to arrive between 12-3 & arrived a few minutes before 12 which was great. He did a fantastic job on the rooms & stairs. Honestly, I didn't think the carpet could be cleaned..Well I was so wrong..The living & dining room look new as well as the stairs. I can't describe how horrible they looked. The den has a tougher carpet type & my husband and I just knew we would be advised to get rid of it but no Darryl did a wonderful job bringing it back to its cream/off white color. This carpet was heavily stained which couldn't be completely removed. The stains are a few to several yrs old so this was no surprise. We were realistic going in but the surprise was how clean it was overall. We will be going with Zerorez from now on & requesting Darryl. He cares about doing a great job & has great customer service skills. So happy we finally got this done after almost 10yrs..yes almost 10 yrs of dirt was removed today!!! Thank you Darryl & Zerorez😊
