The carpets looked amazing after our handler did the rugs. The individual that cleaned our carpets was.. on time, cordial, professional, efficient and answered questions with knowledge.

This is the second time we have used Zerorez. We would recommend the service to people we know.

The gentleman who came to our home to clean our carpets was very professional. After walking through the house to check out the areas to be cleaned he gave me the exact price it would cost. It’s nice not to have surprises.

The company is very easy to work with--I had to reschedule and that was no problem. The employee that arrived was very cordial--told me what he was doing. The carpets cleaned up quite nicely despite the age of one of them.
