You do a good job, no harsh chemicals or smells, you're quick, my vents are clean, etc. Make sure your air duct cleaners clean up after themselves though. The one at my house did a great job, but there was debris and parts laying around afterwards. Some dirt, etc., was on my roommate's bed/pillow; that's just gross. Lay down a tarp or something for vents on the ceiling. Thanks.

I had my ducts cleaned plus the dryer vent. . The guys arrived on time and went thru the house and explained what they would be doing. They answered all my questions completely. They were a great pair of guys and did not leave any debris behind. Awesome job. Will definitely use again on my carpets.

Service provider called prior to arriving and was right on time. He offered several types of services, but did not push. Helped me make a reasonable decision to get my carpets cleaned the way I wanted at the most reasonable price.
