We are extremely pleased with the way our carpet and area rugs looked after Jermoine cleaned them. There was no mess involved with the process, it was a very tidy process. The pre-treat that was applied to the carpet and the area rugs really pulled out the dirt and stains we had. There was no “crispy” residue feeling when the carpet dried. They look amazing! Jermoine was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He really knows what he is doing! He was a pleasure to work with. We are going to have him come back and work on some other areas.
