Our technician was very professional — took pride in what he did & wanted to make sure that the sofa was cleaned to my satisfaction. It looks like new. He also took a lot of time to answer my questions about rug cleaning/pads, etc. - resulting in 2 of my rugs being picked up to clean at your shop. Great attitude — Zerorez should make sure that they reward and value such a professional employee. They are hard to find.
The sofa wasn’t overly wet, soil removed, no chemical smell No mess or damage to home from hose or other products.
