Prompt, professional, and effective cleaning of my carpets.
First the appointment was easy to schedule. They cleaned my couch and dining room chairs and did a great job. Very nice workers.
Once dried, the carpet was still looked dirty, as if clean with dirty water. It was very noticeable where the cleaning fluid penetrated the carpet and rack through with the cleaning device. The places that were preconditioned due to bio debris were cleaned extremely well and I am very pleased how it turned out. Around the couch, not so good. Overall, the carpet is cleaner than prior condition but there are areas that could have been cleaner. It’s very hard to tell the condition when wet, that’s why I didn’t have him redo these areas.

I am a frequent user and have never been disappointed until now. Most of my rooms are very clean but one of them looks worse than before it was cleaned. The whole area that was scrubbed has what looks like the dirty areas leaked through. it just looks really bad. I was really pleased with both of my services from Zerorez...carpet and duct cleaning. For the duct cleaning, I was really impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the tech. I did not feel pressured to get any services done, they simply explained the procedures and how it may help my allergies. He frequently said, "It is up to you." He explained how the dryer vent looked good, so we probably didn't need to do that, so we crossed that off and instead did a microbial spray. I could feel the difference in my place within a couple hours after cleaning out my ducts. I was glad I had it done. You never know what is lurking in the ducts that could affect your sinuses and allergies.
