Everything was just as I had hoped for! Being a first-time user of Zerorez, but hearing Jeremy on the radio rave about this place all the time, I finally set up the appointment. Setting up the appointment and receiving a quote was very easy! I appreciated the reminder call beforehand.

The gentleman who came and cleaned the carpets called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He was respectful of my home, did not try to oversell me on things I really didn't need, and explained the Zerorez process to me in details that I could understand.

I have used Zerorez before and found them to be very professional. The person who actually cleaned our rugs was prompt and explained the whole procedure as he cleaned.

Our technician Jacob did a great job and got the carpet cleaning done quickly and efficiently. We did the 4 room special and there was no skimping because we were getting a special price. Carpet looks like new (for atleast a few months). Have been a repeat customer for many years.
