I love that you don't use chemicals or soap in your products, in spite of being told by other carpet cleaners that simply is impossible if I want a job done great. The service you offer is 5 star all the way, starting with showing up on time, calling 30 minutes prior. The work ethic each and every tech displays is top notch, as is your willingness to come back if there is even a slight problem. Doesn't happen much, but it has happened and it has always been remedied to our satisfaction. Wouldn't consider using any one else!!! Kudos to Zerorez

The technicians have always been honest, professional, and straight forward.
The stains were very difficult to remove because they were caused by a fall. It took a second try but the results were excellent. The sofa and carpet look like new now and I'm thrilled. I really thought I would have to replace everything but not necessary now. No charge for the second visit and I couldn't be more pleased.
