Very easy to schedule an appointment and the carpet was cleaned 2 days after I called to book service. The pet stains are completely gone and it looks fantastic. AJ Morton was the technician and he was extremely professional and seemed to truly care about the job. I will request him in the future. Thanks Zerorez!

Most of the technicians are really good. Our last one, AJ was very good. Just had a little problem with lines in the carpet when it dried, but then a new tech came out and it's fine.

Both technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained options available for my carpets, what they would each cost. There was no pressure. They also cleaned the tile in the kitchen and it now looks absolutely wonderful. Zerorez is not the cheapest company but they really know how to remove stains, especially animal accidents.
