The man who cleaned our floors called about 20 minutes before he got here. It only took about 30-40 minutes and then he was done. Our carpets didn't have any after residue or smell.

Service was reasonably priced and efficient. The cleaners were friendly and courteous. I also appreciate how clean the carpet looked and felt, without the feeling of any chemicals left behind.
I would highly recommend Zerorez however, I would not recommend the last tech that was out for our account. He mentioned that he was removing the "stain protection" off the carpet. However, that was false and cause concern to the customer causing the customer to demand a letter from the manufacturer that this indeed was false since the "stain protectant" is embedded in the fibers of the carpet and not a topical treatment. A little more education with the techs and what to say versus not say may help in the long run?
