I had both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning done. I am very happy with both the technicians and the service provided. When I informed the carpet technician that I was allergic to oranges (he told me there was an orange scent in the water) he immediately changed the solution to something else. Thank you! On both days, all of the technicians were professional, polite and nice! I had always heard good things about Zerorez and am happy to both use your services again and recommend you to others!

Prompt, efficient, dried fast
Arrived on time and called 20-30 min before! He was very friendly with my dog even though my dog barked at him several times. He was so patient. But the most important thing was that he spent so much time working out my cat urine area in a bedroom. He went over it multiple times soaking it and suctioning it until there was no more odor and you couldn’t see anything. I was seriously so impressed and thankful! I thought we were going to have to cut out this section of carpet and he saved it! Thank you zero rez!

He did my carpets very carefully. Told me what I needed to do to keep up. With keeping it clean and keeping it in good shape.
