The tech that came most recently to do our stairs and floors went above and beyond in helping to move furniture and even tackled a large sectional sofa that other companies had told me they couldn't/wouldn't do. VERY happy with how fast everything dried and the fresh smell left behind. My husbands allergies have also dramatically improved.

I have been using Zerorez for a few years and most of the time they do a great job. This past time, I was not satisfied with the carpet cleaning, but after calling them they came back out and made it right. That is a great sign of customer service. I will continue to use them because of this service recovery experience.

Gene did a great job and addressed all my concerns with existing stains. Only complaint is he was an hour later than the 2 Hour window promised when I made the reservation.
Your technician was very friendly and courteous. He explained all the options clearly, but without trying to oversell me on items that didn’t make sense for me, given we are replacing the carpet soon. And he did an amazing job clearing up stains, including a several months old spilled plate of spaghetti!
