The tile looks brand new. The technicians were quick, super friendly and completely thorough. They offered services where warranted (pulling and tacking the carpet) but I didn’t feel like I was up sold. The carpet looks good but the tile is really incredible

I like that there isn't a chemical smell or weird feeling on the carpets after they're cleaned. We have a toddler and I feel good knowing we don't have to restrict where he can go until the carpets dry completely. I also really appreciate how upfront the technicians are about the possible recurrence of stains and/or odors. It's so helpful to set that expectation up front!
I am absolutely amazed how well my carpets came out I had an older carpet cleaned in my sons room and I was amazed that it came out as clean as it did.
I used Stanley Steamer once and they couldn't get the carpets as clean as zerores did, I will never use Stanley Steamer ever again I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Our carpets turned out beautiful. I love that the carpets don't get as wet with Zerorez as with other commercial carpet cleaners. I have tried others over many years and Zerorez is now the only company for me.

Well....I already sent you an e-mail. Steve came and was so respectful of me and my home. Honestly, after having two different carpet cleaners in here, Steve did 100% better cleaning than either of the others.

We have used another service in the past,before using Zerorez. Our carpet looked OK. We did not like frequent calls to get another appointment set up. We tried your company after hearing April Z's ad on KOA and decided to give you a try, Our carpets have looked a LOT better. Your staff have always been knowledgeable and have done a superior job for us. Your staff is very professional. The way you clean the carpets make them look the best they can.
Zerorez did a very nice job on our carpets. We had stains in our art room that had been there for years and our technician got them all out! He was very friendly and handled the job with great professionalism. We had all the carpet cleaned in our home and the carpet looks fresh and bright again!
