I own a Rug Doctor machine, but every time I use it, the shampoo I use makes my carpet sticky and attracts more dirt. So my carpet never looks clean. When I use Zerorez, they just use steam from water......no chemicals or residue are left on my carpet. I feel like my carpet is thoroughly clean after Zerorez cleans it. My carpet looks so much cleaner (like new) after it has been cleaned by Zerorez. Love it!

Carpets came out looking great!!

We had a great experience with Zerorez. There is a lot of foot traffic in our office and that was evident by the black path through our hallways. Zerorez sent a couple of nice gentlemen to our office and cleaned the carpet on a Friday afternoon. Once completed, the carpet looked like new. A couple days later a small spot appeared in one of the offices and they came back and did a spot clean as part of their thirty day guarantee. The cleaners were very professional and respectful.

Also, I've used other carpet cleaners in the past that have come in with equipment that looked like they were rented at a grocery store. Zerorez came in with vans sporting high powered equipment and the cleaners knew how to use them. I highly recommend Zerorez.

I love how clean and residue free our carpets are after cleaning and how good they look and hold up even a year later. Most impressive was a stain we had this year that I really thought wasn't going to come out of our very light gray carpet. Our tech, Olivia was amazing, and you'd never know that stain was there. She answered my questions and took great care with protecting our walls and such. She is one I hope tq ask for next visit.
