I like how wonderful my carpet looks and that it wasn't wet & soggy for hours afterward. I appreciate that the appointment was confirmed a day ahead so I knew it was happening and the tech showed up on time. Zerorez is not the cheapest carpet cleaner, but I think the results are worth the cost!

Prompt, professional, and my brand new carpet is sparkling again! It looks awesome! The ZeroRez technician, Zach, made sure that I was happy with the work, and he gave me time to spot check and look to make sure the carpet was perfect before he left. I really appreciated that he handled the job and my home with care!

I did not care for the 'cost per room' approach to determining price for a small condo. I based my figure on square footage and when I arrived, there was a cost for the hallway, a cost for the walk-in closet, etc. For larger homes I think the room method is perfectly acceptable but for homes under a certain SF, it does not compute dollar wise.
