Our carpets look and feel wonderful after being cleaned by Zerorez! Our main floor has wood floors and carpet which were protected from being damaged by the hoses during the cleaning process. We had to have some carpet re-stretched, and there were many soiled areas which disappeared after cleaning. Some of our other carpet was installed many years ago. That, too, seems to have been restored. We live in a townhome, so there were lots of stairs cleaned. We opted for a final soil resistant treatment for high-traffic areas.

Will Tudor arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time in our home. Before starting to clean, we walked through the rooms I wanted cleaned and I was able to point out problem areas. Because I wanted additional areas cleaned and treated, Will went over any additional charges for my approval. The cleaning process went smoothly, after which Will and I did a walk through. Zerorez is very fortunate to have Will working for and representing the company.

I will certainly recommend Zerorez (and Will Tudor)!

i love that your cleanings don't use heavy chemicals and scents. the carpet always ends up fresh and renewed.

We had air ducts and carpets cleaned the same day. Both technicians were prompt, efficient and did a great job.
The duct cleaning tech (Joe) was particularly helpful and gave us tips on how to better manage dirty ducts, how often to change filters, and went above and beyond for us.

Technician was very professional and prompt. My apartment environment feels amazing.

The tech spent a few hours at my house and cleaned my basement carpet properly. My carpet looks and smells like new again. Drying time was only a few hours and my carpet wasn’t crunchy from detergent. The tech was passionate about doing a good job and he was very friendly.
