Techs do a great job. They express care about house, carpet and upholstery. Items get very clean. Price is mostly reasonable.

A couple of days after Tom had cleaned our carpets, as luck would have it, our dog was let out of her kennel after being in there all day, and she peed on the carpet.

I called to see if someone could come by and just clean that spot. I spoke with Kayla and she was amazing! She tried to get us in that day but the dispatcher said they didn’t have room in the schedule. She gave me some options for the next week and said to call her back after I had spoken to my wife. I hung up and was trying to get in touch with my wife when the phone rang. Kayla said, “You didn’t call your wife yet did you?” I told her I had not yet gotten in touch with her yet. She said, “Good! I got you a spot between 10 am and 1 pm today!”

She told me Jeremy would be calling me when he was on his way!! Jeremy got there and did the pet stain treatment and got the spot removed!

Thanks to Tom for the initial cleaning! A huge thanks to Kayla for getting us a slot in the schedule after we had a pet stain!!!!!! Finally, thanks to Jeremy for getting out the pet stain on our freshly cleaned carpets!!!
