They were on time. They told me my position within the window. I was customer #2 He used corner guards , covered his shoes and put styrofoam pads under my wood furniture to protect it from damp carpet. I have used ZeroRez 4 or 5 times. I will use them again.

I have used Zerorez any time I've needed my carpets cleaned in about the last 15 to 20 years. We did get LVP on the main level after living with three dogs (!) but got new carpet upstairs after all but one was gone. It was time to refresh that carpet and I didn't hesitate to book Zerorez.

Every time I've used your company, the folks who come out have been pleasant, prompt, professional and very helpful. I knew I'd stick with your company when I had to cancel an appointment many years ago and I was still given tips about how to clean the carpet until I could reschedule (i.e. NO soap!!)

Eduardo was the most thorough technician we have had from Zerorez. Took time to set realistic expectations. Carpet looks great!

First of all I liked your tech's customer service. I like the idea that you don't pump soap into my carpet.

You don't use toxic cleaners. You get alot of water out of the carpet - it dries really fast. I like the grass and paint guards you put up so there's no scuffing and my grass doesn't take a beating.

Good scalable options for what I wanted.

Our carpets and furniture turned out so so clean! Night and day difference. I was very impressed (and grateful) at how clean everything was in the little amount of time it took! More than half the time compared to different cleaning services. The Technician was very professional, friendly and patient with the commotion in our busy home. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!
