As usual, they did a great job. They always are happy to discuss what they can do and if you have them do some (clean stone floor) but not something else (needed to use a specific sealer so declined using yours) they were absolutely OK with it.

He called 30 min before he arrived, did a overview of the services provided, completed the job in a timely and professional manner, and went over the final bill prior to collecting the fees. Michael arrived on time, did a walk through with me and got to work quickly. He did a great job and even got one stained area very clean which was great! The one thing that was a little disappointing was that he did not use the little rizers to get the couch, loveseat and dining table off the wet carpet. Nothing happened to the furniture because my husband and I took care of it but the other 2 times we used your company, this was done to keep the furniture dry.
