I am very impressed with Bill the Tech who cleaned my home. He is a real pleasure for many reasons. He greeted me at the door with a friendly smile. That means a lot! So Bill told me about the company everything which helped me understand the service. As I listened to the different services offered I was more intrigued and I asked him for to add to my list such as the cleaning of all 3 bathroom floors to be sanitized and re- grout with the sealer. For the carpet he added a sealer to keep protect and keep the carpets clean longer. My small area rugs look brand new!

The tech was very polite and thorough in looking at our rug situation, providing an estimate and getting the work done in efficient fashion. He also had excellent knowledge about types of rugs per fiber content and how cleaning may or may not provide desired results.

Carpet came out nice and clean even taking a stain out that we thought wouldn't come out (we had tried getting the stains out ourselves with out success)
