The professionalism displayed by Josh, from the minute he stepped in the door - was fantastic. As he outlined the options available - he never once pressured us into buying anything. That is nice. We did end up getting the extra protection :). I am pleased with the look and feel of the carpet and after 2 weeks - it still LOOKS good - anxious to see how it looks in a couple of months and then at a year!!

Great service (from my scheduling experience to the reliable call 30 minutes ahead.) Also Andrew was so very professional, courteous and industrious. My white carpets look brand new again! Wow! And there wasn't that crusty feeling after they dried. Thank you for everything. This was worth every cent!

We've tried other cleaners but Zerorez definitely provided the best cleaning. Not the cheapest ... but then we didn't have a thoroughly cleaned carpet.
The end result was excellent. The carpets looked and smelled fresh and new. (they are 3 years old and this is the first cleaning) Dean was very knowledgeable and personable and was interested in meeting my expectations, therefore, he asked me questions and took time to explain what he would be able to do before beginning. We also discussed pricing prior to beginning and he adjusted slightly when I thought a certain area needed to be adjusted.
