Did a pretty good job on very dirty carpet. Technicians very helpful and friendly. Only concern is that my carpets were cleaned Thursday morning @ around 9:00 and it is 9:00 pm on Friday and the stairs are still wet.

Your customer service is top-notch, from the office to the technicians. There is a lot of respect when the technicians are in my home. Also, due to stormy weather, the technician couldn't make the appointment until later - however, your office kept me constantly updated on the arrival time. I do believe in your product as my carpet is quite old, but with a good cleaning it looks great. Thank you!

Although I just had the carpets cleaned yesterday and so far they look good except for high
traffic areas where greying appears. This is usual and I do think they appear to be cleaner than the last time I had them cleaned. Our carpet is ivory so it is hard to keep clean. Tony and his son were great and curtious. they took there time to clean thoroughly and explain everything. Also the extraction of water from the carpets was better than most other cleaners I have had.

The feel and smell was so much better then any other time I have had my carpets cleaned by other providers. And a week later, it still smells nice, the carpets look clean and feel soft.

Carpet looks great, just like the commercials said it would. I'm surprised how clean it looks - none of that edge-of-the-step dirt left. The last people who cleaned it didn't get that dirt all the way out. Estimate was what I paid. Timely, called like they said and fast. Will use you again.
