The carpet looked very good after and didn't have a chemical odor. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the bottle of home touchup cleaner. It was very expensive.Also, I would like a technician to come back for one tiny area in the basement that could be cleaned a little bit more. All in all I was pleased. First name removed

The carpet and rugs came out great - but more importantly, our technition was simply awesome. Very very thorough and knowledgeable - simply a joy to have in our home. We could not have had a better experience.

Raymond was very good and let me know what neeeded to be done. He noticed that the company before used too much product or soap and it came to the surface when he was cleaning. He said that was why the carpet did not stay clean. I think it was a liitle pricey but the carpet looks great.

The tech explained the process, put up corner and furniture guards, explained what else he could offer and was very efficient. He called ahead as promised, arrived when he said he would and was done with the 3 rooms quickly and cleaned up after himself.

I appreciate the time the service person took in explaining the exact process used. He was well versed in the science of dirt extraction, and felt that Zerorez is a leader in this field. Job well done!

Friendly, efficient and effective.

Raymond Martin, the living surface specialist, did a very thorough job cleaning our air ducts and carpets. Our air ducts had never been cleaned before since the house was built and so there was a lot of debris in there. He went out of his way to do a very thorough job cleaning them. I am also very impressed with the way my carpets look after being cleaned. It feels very clean and fluffy just like it did when it was new. When I run my hand over it, I can't feel any residue like I usually do when I have my carpets cleaned. I noticed that the wand he used was more powerful and did a better job than what other companies use. I really like it that there's no soap in the water they used. It was very effective at cleaning. Raymond was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He was more than willing to answer our questions. I definitely will recommend your company to my family and friends and I will call you again when I need my carpets and air ducts cleaned. It is so nice to have clean air coming out of my air vents when the furnace comes on.

Carpets look really good. All the spots and "trails" are gone. Carpet looks virtually new again - 6 years old printing/ mfging business. Once we get a couple months under our belt without those immediately returning, I'll be sold. So far, so good.
