It works! With several dogs, including an elderly one with "problems" this was a challenge. The technicians were very knowledgeable, efficient and timely in their cleaning. When they were done the carpet was not only clean, but they very dry, compared to other companies we have use. We will definitely schedule again, and would be interested in a maintenance plan, where we could be scheduled on a periodic basis to deal with our problem challenges.

My 23 year old carpet looked somewhat better after my Zerorez cleaning, but many spots and stains remained. I was very disappointed. Zerorez sent someone to correct those problems and now my old carpet look "years younger". When the spots came back in places, you were right there to correct the problem. Admittedly, with my very light carpets, it wasn't always easy to see the spots, depending on the light. Regardless, this time I pointed them out and it looks so much better. Thank you.
Russ and DeWayne did a professional job cleaning our carpets, tile and granite. They were thorough with their cleaning and were careful moving furniture to ensure as much as the carpet as possible was cleaned. Afterwards, the entire house smells clean and fresh. I will definitely use the Zerorez service again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Initially, the price quoted to me was not going to be honored. I only have one area that has carpet-250 sq ft- (my stairs and small landing, also). Then I have several synthetic rugs on top of the carpeted area. I was quoted $115 (daily special) for my 2 areas and stair area. When the technician arrived he said the area rugs would have to be treated differently and more expensively. That the pricing quoted would affect him financially. He made a call to make sure he would be paid accordingly, my quote was honored, and then he proceeded with the cleaning. After that, the technicians went right to work and the end product was quite amazing!!
