Excellent work done by .tech on carpet cleaning. A few white spots were detected after carpet dried. A call to report this brought another tech to explain the cause and was able to remove them. We have used Zerorez several times and will do so again.

He had to clean the grout in our kitchen on his hands and knees because unknown to us there was a lot of grout missing in our floor. Being a stay-at-home mom with two little girls, I've felt comfortable with the technicians who have come.
