The carpet didn't take long to dry and whatever was sprayed on the carpet to detract my cats was great! The tech was very good about showing me the before and after and took his time making sure to do a great job.

If there are any problems you are willing to come back and correct those issues. Also like the products you use and your effort to go green!

The carpets look great. They did however miss a small part of the carpet on the side of my daughters bed. Other than that it was a great job!

i like the water system you use, i had 2 homes done last week, i had my parents home done , the person , Josh, did an excellant job!!!! that carpet was dirty and he did an amazing job!!! i had mine done a couple days later and i have to admit was not as bright looking as my parents home. is there a different procedure done depending on circumstances?

Technician, Rickey Brown, did a great job. He was professional, friendly, respectful, and the quality of his work was exceptional.

Rashid was our technician, He did a great job in removing the dog urine odor from our carpet! He was very professional and helpful in explaining the procedure! I am recommending Zerorez to my daughter who needs her bedroom carpet cleaned and will use zerorez in the future!
