Scott delivered my spot cleaner and was able to get out two small spots that I had failed to point out to the previous tech. You guys do a really good job. I appreciate that ypu can do it with no soap.
The carpet is spotless. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. It did take the carpet about 2 days to dry.
Right now I really don't know. The carpet is still damp and I won't know how it really looks until I can vacuum it. As it is still shadowy from the dampness it still looks dirty to me. Your tech was great very polite and knowledgeable. So my grade for you is based on him.
