It was an incredibly spiritual experience that unfolded while Zerorez personnel were at our home. Due to some issues they were experiencing, I stopped procrastinating and got some genealogy phone calls made and got the information ready to do for two of my husband's siblings. My husband had just passed away. Getting that genealogy is the highest priority, since he passed, and the truck clogging and their being here three hours (poor guys) moved that top priority forward immeasurably! Thanks for being not just a great company, but for being people the Lord can use in inspired ways.

Gabe was fantastic! He showed diligence and patience in getting out two pet stains from our carpets. I unfortunately didn't have any cash on me the day he was here to perform the work, but would like to get him a tip. Please let me know how I can go about doing that. Please thank him again for us!

We like the fact that our carpets were not "crunchy" after they dried, and the drying process didn't take very long--which was good. The rooms smelled fresh rather than damp following the cleaning.

Jesus was the person who came to my house to do the job. He was VERY nice, professional, knowledgable about the services your company provides & quick to finish. I would like to request him again this fall when I have a tile floor cleaned $ sealed. I was very pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning. Thank you

We were in the middle of moving into a house that needed much carpet cleaning. The very next day, the guys were there to clean. Even though we could only clean two rooms due to movers traffic. We very much noticed a big difference afterwards with the cleanliness and smelled fresh. No strong chemicals smell very safe for our 2 yr old to be around (except to let it dry). The staff was very proffessional (shout out to Rick and Jeff). I was under pressure with the moving stuff. They made sure we were taken care of. Will use again. Hopefully very soon. Thank you very much!!!!
