Another big positive about Zerorez is the friendliness of your workers. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was super nice and helpful. She spent a lot of time with me to make sure that I would be getting the best deal and all the information I gave her was correct. Lastly, the guy who came to the house was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. And the results were fantastic! Making the whole experience more than satisfying.

I have been using Zerorez for years. At least once a year I have had them come clean my carpets. This year I had them clean the tile grout in my bathroom. They did a wonderful job once again. Their pricing is reasonable and the young man that came to my house was very respectful. I will have them back again .

I had not used Zerorez in the past so I had nothing to compare them to except the machines you rent at the grocery store. BIG difference!! The whole experience took less than a hour. My carpet had not been cleaned in about 3 years and came out looking like new.

The technician Justin was very professional and patient. You could tell he was there to do his job the best he could. He took the time to point out some spots that were going to a little more difficult. My wife and I were both very happy with the results and most of all the customer service that we received! I will request Justin to come back the next time!

I never had my rug cleaned, and I always was thinking about it. What tip the scale for me is that first you use non-chemical to clean the rugs and second a neighbor of mine used you and said that you did a great job.
