My carpets are always thoroughly cleaned, smell fresh and dry quickly. Each person that has cleaned my carpet has been very pleasant, wore shoe covers , asked if I had any questions, and always thanked me for my business. I have used zerorez 3 times and will use them again.

Jasiel was our tech and was great! He was on time and worked very hard. He was informative and really knew what he was doing. A neighbor came to complain about "chemicals and soapy water" running into the drain down the street. Jasiel explained the Zerorez system to her and she was satisfied that it was environmentally friendly. The carpets look great, smell clean and we were totally satisfied. Thanks Jasiel and Zerorez!
