I have my carpets cleaned twice a year - first time using Zerorez and I have never had cleaner carpets! Jasiel was very knowledgeable and friendly! I really liked that he didn't try selling me more services, although I did add my stairs to my services that day!

Quick, efficient

Team members who picked up the rugs were friendly yet professional and knowledgeable about the Zerorez process to be used on my rugs -- especially one that had a pet stain. The drop off team members were also congenial and prompt. My only complaint is that it took about three and a half weeks to get the rugs back -- I understood it would be about two weeks. However, I would still use Zerorez again and would recommend it to a friend. In fact, I have already done so, and my neighbor recently used Zerorez to clean his carpet. He was pleased as well.
