The service tech was terrific and because of him, I'm giving a "9". It would be a 10, but unfortunately, the front office did not include on the job sheet the instruction to call me 30 minutes prior so I could leave work and meet him at the house (I made the request when I scheduled the appt and confirmed when I called the day before the appt, and the person confirmed both times.)
