Our carpet cleaner was very professional. He was clear about and could explain the fee schedule and carpet cleaning process. He was also clear about which stains could be removed and which were too damaged from wear and tear. He wiped up the water spots as he cleaned and was overall very nice and did a good job.

Person who cleaned carpets was polite, explaianed what he was going to do, did a thorough job of cleaning carpets.

My rug has dried in 24 hours. The last company that cleaned the rug took 4 days. The person who did it was very fast and efficient. Did a great job on the stairs which was the main reason why I had the company come out. They did a fantastic job! Will be calling again for the dining room.

The puppy stains were eliminated, the protective treatment should last, and the whole thing was completed in a surprisingly short time. The technician, Justin, was professional and friendly.
