Carpet doesn’t feel like new, but much much better than it was.

He was fast & very efficient. He was also very
polite. There was feces stains from my dog on
the carpet plus stains from a new water
heater hook up but Miguel removed them all. 😞👍

Sergio has done our carpets for a couple of years, he always makes sure we are completely satisfied before we pay the bill. He goes over the carpet condition and any special areas that need extra attention before he starts the job. Communication is good too, he calls when he is on his way to our location so we don't have to wait for the door bell to ring.

Sergio was delightful and did a great job. Our place looks like new.

My old carpet looks great. The young man was very polite and explained your service products I could have. He was so nice I can't remember his name but I think it began with an R. ? He came in through the garage and everything was done quickly. He reminded me several times to remember to close the garage door. At 85 I really needed the reminder. I thank your company and your worker for doing such a good job.

Very professional know there job

We are very happy with the results after having our carpet cleaned yesterday. Our carpet is 31 years old and we have it cleaned at least 2 times a year. It was pretty dirty because we have a very active dog that has an occasion accident. I clean up after her but it always feels good to have the carpet cleaned. The results are amazing and carpet looks brand new. The service man was very nice and worked hard did a great job. We are very happy with Zerorez we have used them for years.

First off - the two Jason’s who came to pick up our heirloom ( very old ) oriental carpets were very clean , respectful and knowledgeable about or carpets . They were great in explaining the cleaning process ! They are incredible Zerorez professionals who know all about carpet cleaning and care ! Their prices are very good !

When I requested that you return to redo the hallway, the agent was very kind and understanding.
